The delightful gardens, with Grade II listed features and parkland, have undergone careful and sympathetic restoration since 1988. They combine formal gardens and ponds with a croquet lawn. The lower grounds include Japanese gardens complete with waterfalls and an ornamental tea house, lakes and a wisteria walk providing an area for calm.
