Fanhams Hall Hotel, is delighted to announce it has been
recognised for consistent outstanding customer service during 2012,
with the awarding of BDRC Continental VenueVerdict's Highly
Commended Accreditation.
The Highly Commended Accreditation is based on independant
research conducted by BDRC Continental, the UK's largest
independent market research agency. Feedback was taken from
customer surveys and every week client satisfaction is measured to
enable hotels and venues to manage feedback from their clients and
to benchmark their own performance against other providers.
Having only joined the scheme in November 2011 Fanhams are
pleased to see such great results in it's first full year. All the
team at Fanhams Hall are dedicated to delivering exceptional
service and exceeding the guest's expectations wherever possible.

The Hertford and Ware can be used as one large room
or has a sound-proof wall that can be pulled across to split into
two separate rooms. This room has air conditioning, access outside,
black out facilities and built in back projection set with video
conferencing.

Great Hall & Wadesmill
Situated on the ground floor, the Great Hall located in the main
house has a connecting syndicate room leading out onto the grounds.
This room has natural daylight.

The Long Gallery
Situated on the first floor this suite was originally a stunning
picture gallery. Hand-carved oak panelling and an ornate ceiling
with beautiful chandeliers demonstrate the fine quality of
workmanship. With dual aspect views this room has stunning views of
the gardens. There are also two small syndicate rooms making this
space suitable for break-out groups of up to eight people.

Located in the original part of the house on the 1st floor these
two rooms are next door to each other, both spacious meeting rooms,
with large bay windows looking out onto the ground. The Hitchin
